Measurement Service and Collaborations
We have developed an accurate and efficient assay for determining cellular dNTP concentrations. Our HIV RT based dNTP assay uses a uniquely designed substrate that provides a highly sensitive, effective and fast assay platform for determining cellular dNTPs. Our assay requires dNTP sample isolated from 2×10*6 mammalian cells. For avoiding any conflict of interest, we prefer the samples to be blinded. When sending samples, please include enough dry ice to last at least 4 days. We prefer samples to be sent at the start of a new week (Monday).
